Change of Mind

Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise as Change of Mind returns will not be accepted. We recognise that the option to return an item due to change of mind is frustrating, so we insist you double check case sizes/accessories or simply message us an enquiry! :) 

Returns 

If there is something wrong such as colour, scratches, not as described or faulty we will tell you to keep/send it back to the supplier. We will resend you the item you were after from the order you purchased. You have within 1 week of delivered goods to have submitted a notice of a return on your products. Respectively, cost of return for shipping back any items will be reimbursed by ShynLux. Upon delivered goods that are faulty, we offer resends no refunds on items that have been received.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Enquiries@shynlux.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ShynLux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team through our Social Media Platforms, alternatively Enquiries@shynlux.com

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (subject to your allocated bank provider)

Keep in mind 'Change of Mind' is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
